Payment, Refund & Delivery

Delivery Policy

We deliver products directly to you. After placing an order, please specify your preferred delivery time at checkout. We strive to accommodate your schedule and will contact you if further information is needed to resolve any issues.

Payment Options

  • Credit/Debit Card: Available at checkout for orders over 300 LE.
  • Cash on Delivery: You can opt to pay cash upon delivery.
  • PayPal: Secure online payments are available through PayPal.

Delivery Schedule

  • Order Sequence: Deliveries are scheduled based on the sequence of orders received.
  • Stock and Restocking: We generally restock from farms bi-weekly. This schedule may impact the availability of products and, consequently, delivery times. For items from depleted stocks, expect potential delays. We recommend confirming the expected delivery time before finalizing your order.
  • Order Updates: Please understand that there are instances when orders might not be fulfilled and could be labeled as expired. For real-time updates on your orders, you are encouraged to contact us via WhatsApp.
  • Non-Working Day: We do not usually operate on Fridays. Please plan your orders accordingly.
  • Unattended Deliveries: To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that someone is available to receive your order. If no one is present at the time of delivery, our delivery personnel will proceed to the next delivery. Please note that a pending delivery charge may apply in such cases.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

  • To cancel or modify an order, please do so immediately before it is dispatched. Orders that have been dispatched may incur additional charges, be voided, or result in refusal of further service.
  • Pre-Order Items: Items marked as 'pre-order' may face indefinite delays due to production and stock uncertainties. If these items are ordered with other products, please ensure their delayed availability does not impact your overall delivery expectations.

Delivery Charges

  • A delivery fee of 50 LE applies per address for orders meeting the 300 LE minimum.
  • For deliveries outside the greater Cairo-Giza area, additional charges will apply. Deliveries to Obour, Madinaty, and Badr/Shurouk areas require a minimum order of 600 LE.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • If any defects are found, please contact us immediately for a full refund or an exchange.
  • A pickup fee of 50 LE will be charged for any refunds or exchanges.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Kefir grains and kombucha SCOBY are non-refundable.
  • Opened Products: We do not offer refunds on opened products. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
