Mountain Kyrgyzstan honey is collected from a huge number of wild flowers and plants far away from exposure to GMOs, pollutants and chemical agriculture. This mountain honey is unfiltered, unheated, and never pasteurized – thus leaving the natural nutrients intact. Deep in the removed mountainous regions of Kyrgyzstan, bees produce a multi-floral composition of honey that includes mainly sainfoin but not excluding alfalfa and sweet clover, edelweiss yellow, dog rose, barberry, currant, and other plant species which give a unique rich flavor unparalleled by any other.

Mountain Kyrgyzstan honey differs from other varieties in its delicate taste and moderate sweetness. As a rule, it crystallizes in delicate grains that instantly melt on the tongue. The color of honey after its crystallization becomes white or cream, and the consistency becomes fine-grained or almost oily. The soft taste of a delicacy with a characteristically long pleasant aftertaste is ideally combined with an unusual floral aroma. Due to the peculiarities of the collection area, mountain Kyrgyz honey has a large number of medicinal properties:
