Using active whey in fermenting will render the ‘Ultimate Superfood’ due to the active probiotic bacteria cultures originating in the whey and the additional fermenting process.
You can enjoy our fermented pickled products as well that is fermented this way from Sauerkraut to various pickled vegetables.
